Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Coach Rudy Online (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit midlifewoman.fit, use the Sister coaching platform at sister.midlifewoman.fit, buy a program, or interact with us on Instagram and Facebook — and what we do with it.

The short version: we collect only what we need to coach you and to send you what you ask for. We never sell your information.

What we collect

Contact details you give us — your name and email address when you sign up, buy, or email us.
Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We see that you paid and what you bought; we never see or store your full card number.
Coaching information — if you join the Sister platform, what you choose to share there: your intake answers, workouts you log, meals you log, and messages with Coach Rudy and his coaching assistant.
Instagram and Facebook comments — if you comment on one of our posts asking for a free resource, we receive your username, your comment and its ID from Meta, and use them only to send you that resource in a private message and reply to your comment.
Website usage — our pages use the Meta Pixel and similar cookies to measure which ads and posts bring visitors and purchases. You can limit this in your browser settings or your Facebook ad preferences.

How we use it

To deliver what you signed up for or bought, and to coach you.
To send you what you asked for — for example, the free resource you requested in an Instagram comment.
To email you about your program. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
To understand which of our posts and ads are useful, so we can make better ones.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run this business on our behalf, and only as much as each needs:

Stripe — payments
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — messages, comments and ad measurement
Supabase — secure storage of accounts and coaching data
Vercel — hosting of our websites
Resend and Systeme.io — sending email
Anthropic, OpenAI and Groq — processing the messages and voice notes you send inside the Sister platform so we can reply to you

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a member or while it is needed to provide what you asked for, and for as long as we are legally required to keep payment records. Instagram comment details used to send you a resource are not kept beyond what Meta itself stores.

Your choices, and deleting your data

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@midlifewoman.fit with the subject line “Delete my data” and tell us the email address or Instagram username you used. We will confirm once it is done, normally within 30 days.

You can also remove our app’s access to your Facebook or Instagram information at any time in your Facebook settings under Apps and websites.

Security

Your information is stored with providers that use encryption and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.

Children

Our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
